Indië herdenking Roermond
De jaarlijkse Indië herdenking vond plaats in Roermond. Hierbij worden de Nederlandse militairen geëerd die omkwamen in Nederlands-Indië. Onder de kransleggers bevond zich de 101 jarige Henk Völke. Indrukwekkend om te zien dat deze oud militair zijn kameraden op deze manier kwam eren.
The annual Indies commemoration took place in Roermond. This honors the Dutch soldiers who died in the Dutch East Indies. Among the wreath layers was the 101-year-old Henk Völke. Impressive to see that this former soldier came to honor his comrades in this way
